Yes — completely. Once the final balance is paid, the code, the domain, and the hosting are yours. We hand everything over. If you ever want to move on or work with someone else down the line, there are no lock-ins and no strings attached.
The deposit is due when you sign the contract — not before. It covers the initial discovery and early build work, and it holds your spot in the schedule. The consultation itself is completely free. The $150 comes off your total project cost when you proceed — so it's not an extra charge, just an early payment.
Absolutely. Minor updates — swapping a photo, updating your hours, changing a price — are the kind of thing we handle quickly. If you're on a retainer, up to three updates a month are included. If not, we'll quote any changes upfront so there are no surprises.
You don't pay. Simple as that. You only pay the remaining balance once you've approved the final site — so you're never paying for something you haven't signed off on. If we genuinely can't get it to a place you're happy with, you walk away and keep the $150 deposit as the only cost.
